Mina ID encourages you to read our Terms and Conditions before purchasing or placing orders to our Web store. We may change our Terms and Conditions from time to time. If you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions, we suggest you to stop using the Web store.


01. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To keep your details for your next purchase(s), you need to sign up. You have to provide detailed information regarding your shipping address, mobile phone, etc. You are required to give current, accurate and true information to us. We will keep your information privately.

02. ORDER ENQUIRY

You can order any of our products as long as they are still available. Products in high demand may sell out really quickly, so please note that items in your shopping cart are not reserved – you have to check out to make sure you purchase the product. You cannot add more items to your shopping bag once you checkout. We cannot modify or add products for you; you have to reorder again to make a purchase if you do not want to pay double shipping fees. You cannot reserve any product to us. We have the rights not giving reservations.

03. PRICING POLICY

Prices shown on our web store are in Indonesian Rupiahs (IDR). Prices may change if there are some conditions happen to us. Customers purchasing from other countries can pay via Bank transfer in Indonesian Rupiahs. However, we urge customers from overseas to pay in US$ via PayPal if possible. We have our own currencies for US$ and customers have no rights to change the currency exchange since we have calculated our loss when cashing US$ to our currency. Any custom and tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL. We recommend you contact your local customs for more details.

04. PROCESSING ORDER

We reserve the right not to process your order if we are unable to validate your payment due to reasons such as different account’s personal name or incomplete payment. We also reserve a right not to process your order if product in condition of out of stock and somehow the system fails/errors. We will refund your payment completely.

05. PAYMENT

Payment can be made via bank transfer with 3 options: BCA, Mandiri, or BNI. You have to confirm (ONLY Via web store) to validate your purchase. Other means of Payment (for International Customer Only) for more details about them, please contact us manually we can arrange for international shipping.

06. REFUND

Your refund will be transferred to your bank account which you have to provide with your complete name and details. Refund will include shipping costs.

07. RETURN POLICY

Here at Mina, we believe happiness is the best policy. We want you to love shopping online as much as we do, and we understand when something arrives and doesn’t meet your expectations. If something isn’t right, please contact us for friendly order assistance and we’ll do our best to fix it! Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges and exchange for items with manufacturing mistakes. Please read Return & Exchange for more detail.

08. COLOR

We have tried our best to give the most accurate colours in the computer screen. But due to different monitor display, the colors may appear differently.

09. INTELECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Any text, image, video, logo, trademarks, graphics, interfaces, photo, sounds, computer code, artwork and music (all of them known as “Content”), including but not limited to design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of the Content, on this Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to Mina, and protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws, trade dress, and other intellectual property rights and Antimonopoly and Unfair Business Competition Law of the Republic of Indonesia.

10. PRIVACY

By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send to the Site may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission (for example, credit card information) is encrypted.

11. AGREEMENT

You agree that you will be responsible for your activity in this webstore. If we notice that you are or have been related in prohibited activities or violated our Terms and Conditions, we may deny you access to this webstore on temporary or permanent basis. If you violate Terms and Conditions and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights in any other situation where you violate the Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for losses not caused by our faults or indirect losses caused by shipping company or force majeure. We will be responsible for your losses only if we violate our Terms and Conditions.


Return & Exchange

Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges and exchange for items with manufacturing mistakes.


01. YOU SHOULD EMAIL US WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE PRODUCT.

Please provide information why you want to return the product.

02. WAIT FOR OUR RESPONSE TOWARD THE EMAIL.

We will response to your email and ONLY after you get the email response you can return the product and we will give you the designated address.

03. YOU WILL THEN HAVE 7 DAYS BEGINNING AFTER YOU RECEIVE OUR EMAIL RESPONSE TO SEND IT BACK.

Products have to be remained unused and keep all the tags and packing with them. If after 7 days the products are not received by us, we have authority to reject your exchange.

04. WHAT IF THE SAME PRODUCT HAS BEEN SOLD OUT?

If the product you returned is sold out and we can’t replace it with new one, we will refund your money via Bank Transfers.

05. TERMS AND CONDITION

Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed (we will notice it) and with all garment tags (if available) still attached. Returns or exchanges that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Returns can be made if the product are damaged as a caused of our (Mina) mistake – Free of Charge shipping applicable. All “SALE” items cannot be returned or exchanged.

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Simply contact our customer service and send the item(s) back to us within 14 days after purchase. Shipping is also free on the replacement item (limited to 1x exchange).
