These are several question that usually people asks Mina ID and maybe it will help you too 🙂


1. HOW CAN I SHOP OR PLACE ORDER?

After you shop around and decide what colours, models or sizes that you like. Simply put it by click “Add to Cart” button. The system will guide you to “Continue Shopping” or “Proceed to Checkout”. Then Checkout process is straight forward by following the remaining steps to generate invoice to us.

2. DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?

You can order without register an account but we recommend to enjoy benefit of saving your address so you can “Check Out” fast every time you purchase at our web store. You can also manage your account, change your address, view your current order and see the shipping tracking number. Your information will be kept privately.

3. I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER SOLD OUT ITEMS. IS IT POSSIBLE?

So sorry for Sold Out items we can not produce it anymore. But if you want to try to request it, you can email us at hello@minatheboutique.com and tell us what you want to have. We might be considering it, or perhaps we would make a similar product on our next collection. Your input will help us grow.

4. HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE FOR A PRODUCT?

5. HOW TO CONFIRM MY PAYMENT?

Please visit our “Payment Information” section.

6. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can not cancel your order after submitting. Please do review your shopping cart before submitting an order. Your order will be automatically cancelled if you have not proceed the payment within 3×24 hour.

7. HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER?

After you order, transfer, and confirm your payment, we will process the order the NEXT DAY / in 24 hours. In short, from confirmation time the order will arrive earliest in 3 days. Note that process is only checking the payment, preparing and delivering the goods to the shipping company. After that, the shipping company needs certain amount of time to deliver it to you, varies from 1-2 days for domestic and 3-8 days for international deliveries.

8. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes you can, kindly click “Order History” in your account to check the status. We also will give you your Shipping Id so you can check the shipping company by JNE. If you still want to know the current status, kindly message us through contact page, so we can check it to the shipping company.

9. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED/SENT?

Unfortunately you can’t. We only ship the order to the address written. So make sure you have the correct address before proceeding your order.

10. CAN I ADD ITEMS AFTER I CHECK OUT?

Unfortunately you can’t, because after checking out your order is recorded.
If you want to add items, kindly make a new order.

11. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
